Before you book...

Please have a read through our policies below before booking an appointment.

Manicures / Pedicures

New Clients: If possible, please attend your first appointment with bare nails. If you already have product on your nails which was not applied by us, please book the appropriate removal alongside your treatment as we do not infill the work of other nail technicians.

Please attend your appointment alone, unless expressly agreed otherwise.  

 

Please try to arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive too early, bear in mind that currently there is no waiting area.

 

We have a zero tolerance policy towards racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism etc. Please note that discriminatory comments will not be welcomed.

Please DO NOT book an appointment if any of the following apply, as we will have to refuse treatment and you may still be charged:

 

  • Fungal infections for e.g fungal nail (thick, yellow and crumbly nails), athletes foot etc.

​

  • Bacterial infections for e.g impetigo /scabies etc.

 

  • Viral infections for e.g warts, verrucas, Covid-19 etc.

 

  • Severe nail separation, bruising or psoriasis of the nail or surrounding skin

 

  • You are under the age of 16

 

If you are unsure of any of the above, please speak with us prior to booking so we can advise accordingly.

 

Likewise, if you have previously had an allergic reaction to nail products, or if you need more information / advice about allergies so that you can make an informed decision, please ensure you speak with us prior to booking an appointment to avoid losing your deposit. We offer a range of HEMA free products for manicures and pedicures.

Returning clients: Please remember to book infills for 3-4 weeks time to avoid the apex growing past the stress area, as this can cause your nails to break. Infills booked after 30 days of product application will be changed to a removal and new set instead.

Nail Repairs

In the unlikely event of you requiring nail repair (with this being lifting or chipping) within the first week of application, we will repair this for free (unless it is a direct result of poor aftercare or accidental damage). After the first week, you will be charged per nail for repairs and will need to book an appointment to arrange this. 

If you require repairs, please include them in your booking, as we may not always be able to accommodate them at short notice. Otherwise, please try to give as much advance notice as possible before your appointment, via message or WhatsApp. 

Cancellations / Late Arrivals / Re-Scheduling / No-Shows

To secure your appointment, a debit credit card is required along with a 50% deposit which is redeemed against your total payment. If you provide more than 48 hours' notice, you can reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be applied to your future booking.

 

By booking your appointment, you agree to a 50% fee for cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours for any reason. A 100% fee will apply if you "no-show," cancel on the day, or arrive more than 10 minutes late resulting in us not being able to accommodate your treatment.

 

If you're running late, please call us directly as social media messages may not be seen in time. If you arrive late but we can still perform part of your treatment, you will be charged the full price for the booked service. For example, if you booked a BIAB manicure with basic nail art but only have time for the manicure you will still be charged for the nail art as per original agreement. The same applies if you choose to receive less than what you booked without 48 hours notice, you will still be charged for the originally chosen services.

Please note that calls and messages may not be monitored outside of business hours, so we recommend using the Fresha app for managing your bookings wherever possible.

Booking an appointment

Please use the “Book Now” button when you are ready to schedule your appointment. Once you have selected the Treatment/s and appointment time, you will be prompted to login or create an account with our booking system, Fresha - when doing this, please provide an up to date mobile number and email address as you will be sent a consultation form which must be completed prior to your appointment.
