What is the difference between BIAB and Hard Gel?
BIAB and hard gel are both used to add strength and structure to your manicure, which promote natural nail growth. They last longer than typical colour gel because they add strength and durability to your manicure. Both can be infilled every 3-4 weeks, with no need to fully remove the product each time, and you can still have a different colour or design each appointment.
The main difference is that BIAB has a medium viscosity, is more flexible and is a soak off product - this is a great option if you are trying to grow or maintain your nails, and your nails are generally healthy.
Hard gel has a high viscosity, is less flexible and is a file off product - better suited to weaker or longer nails.

How long does a BIAB / hard gel manicure last?
Builder and hard gel manicures can last anywhere between 3 - 4 weeks with proper aftercare. We recommend a full removal after every 3 infills so that we can check your natural nail health underneath the product.

What nail art should I book?
Nail art is priced depending on the time, complexity and products used to complete the design/s.

Tier 1 (Basic) - Includes very basic design such as all over chrome, cuticle dots, cuticle cuffs, or a Tier 2 design on just one or two nails
Tier 2 (Simple) - Includes French tips, half moons or simple art on all nails
Tier 3 (Advanced) - Includes advanced designs such as isolated chrome, detailed flowers, ombre, flames, marble, tortoise shell etc. Please send us a reference photo before booking
Tier 4 (Detailed) - Includes detailed art and advanced techniques. Please do not book without sending a reference photo first as we will need to confirm that there is enough time available and if the art is achievable

Do you offer treatments with regular nail polish?
Unfortunately, we only offer gel treatments.

Is there parking available?
There is on street parking available on Hart road and on neighbouring roads also.​

Can I bring a friend or my children with me?
Unfortunately, children under the age of 16 years will not be permitted for legal / insurance reasons. All appointments are on a 1-2-1 basis so please arrive alone, unless we have specifically discussed and agreed a group booking beforehand.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment via your confirmation email or the Fresha app. If you can't manage to do this, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours prior (bear in mind calls / messages are not always monitored outside of the business operating hours)
If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, then the 50% deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit will be required for the next time you book.
